How does your subscription billing work?

We like to keep things simple and predictable! Instead of fluctuating bills, we use a flat monthly subscription model. We take the total cost of 52 weeks of service and divide it into 12 equal monthly payments. This means your bill is exactly the same on the 1st of every month, whether that month has 4 weeks or 5 weeks. No surprises, just a consistently clean yard!

No long-term contracts here! Our service is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime through your client portal. However, since we pre-bill on the 1st, please note that we do not offer partial refunds for the current month if you cancel mid-cycle.

We’d love to help get your yard back in shape! Our One-Time Cleans are billed hourly with a one-hour minimum. Because we can’t always see what’s hiding in the grass, we provide an estimate upfront, but the final cost is based on the actual time it takes to get your yard spotless.

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find we missed a spot, simply notify us within 24 hours of your service, and we will return to re-clean the area for free.

Absolutely. We take pet health seriously. Between every single yard, we treat our footwear and tools with a veterinary-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of common canine illnesses. We want to keep your best friend healthy!

Yes, please! For the safety of your pets and our technicians, we ask that dogs be secured indoors while we are on your property. This eliminates any risk of your pup slipping out the gate or getting stressed by a stranger in their territory.

That is perfectly fine! You don’t need to be home. Just ensure your gate is unlocked or provide us with the gate code in your client portal. Our technicians will let themselves in, scoop the yard, and double-check that the gate is latched securely upon leaving.

We scoop in most weather, but we won’t risk the safety of our team or your lawn during severe storms, lightning, icing, or flooding. If we have to pause service for safety, we will attempt to come later in the week. If an entire week is missed due to an “Act of God,” we will simply pick up the extra accumulation on your next scheduled visit at no extra charge.

Yes, it does! We recommend keeping your grass under 6 inches. If the grass is tall, waste hides near the roots, and we can’t guarantee we’ll find it all. Keeping your lawn mowed helps us keep it perfectly clean for you.

Yes! We don’t leave stinky bags in your trash cans. We bag all the waste and haul it away to dispose of it properly.
