Welcome to Haslet Poop Scoop LLC! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Definitions
- “Us,” “we,” “our,” “our team,” or “Haslet Poop Scoop” Haslet Poop Scoop LLC
- “Service”refers to the dog waste removal services provided by Haslet Poop Scoop LLC.
- “Service area” refers to the area where service will be provided.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your”refers to the individual or entity that engages the Service.
- “Agreement”refers to these Terms and Conditions.
- Service Policy
- Haslet Poop Scoop LLC agrees to provide professional dog waste removal services as requested by the Customer and defined when signing up for services on our website, https://www.hasletpoopscoop.com, or calling for a quote.
- Services will be performed on the frequency requested by the customer via the client onboarding form or phone and will be scheduled based on schedule availability by Haslet Poop Scoop LLC.
- Yard Access Policy
- Customers must ensure that our team has safe and unrestricted access to the service area on the scheduled service day. It is the customers responsibility to:
- Provide us with updated gate codes to gated communities, as applicable
- Unlock gates or provide us with the updated gate code prior to service
- To ensure the safety of your pet, we request that pets be put in a secure area outside of the service area. This ensures they will not escape when our team is entering or exiting the service area.
- In the event your pets cannot be put away, it is your responsibility to annotate whether it is okay to be in the service area with your pet via the client portal.
- If the service area is inaccessible, our team will make attempts to contact you by knocking on your door, calling, and/or texting the number(s) we have on file. In the event you cannot be contacted, and/or we fail to gain access to the service area, the service for that day will take place at the next scheduled clean-up for recurring customers. One-time clean-ups may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Inclement Weather Policy
- In cases of severe weather or severe road conditions due to weather, services may be rescheduled or take place at the next scheduled clean-up to ensure the safety of our team and proper waste removal.
- Customers will be notified of any changes due to weather conditions.
- Payment Policy
- We do require that a payment method be on file in the client portal
- Payments for service will be charged on the first of every month, prior to service being rendered.
- In the event service is initiated after the first of the month, the initial payment will be prorated based on number of services remaining for that month. This prorated payment will be charged immediately upon service initiation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and electronic payments via our client portal.
- Pricing Policy
- Service prices are based on the number of dogs, yard size, and frequency of service.
- Prices are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any price adjustments in advance.
- Monthly prices will be the same month to month regardless of how many days or weeks are in the month. We do this to ensure the customer always knows what they are paying month to month.
- Monthly prices are calculated on a 52-week schedule. 52 weeks divided by 12 months is 4.33. If you are paying $21.94 per scoop for weekly service, you would multiply $21.94 by 4.33 to come up with the monthly price of $94.99.
- Promotions Policy
- Any promotions or discounts offered by Haslet Poop Scoop LLC are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
- Promotions may not be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel services at any time via the client portal.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of one service visit.
- Customers may cancel services themselves by logging into their Customer Portal Account at https://client.sweepandgo.com/login/haslet-poop-scoop-llc-loe8r or by contacting us at [email protected] or (682) 302-0022
- Refund and Dispute Policy
- Refunds will be issued only for services that have not been rendered due to cancellation by the Customer or Haslet Poop Scoop LLC.
- Any disputes regarding services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Haslet Poop Scoop LLC is committed to work with our customers to resolve all disputes.
- Changes to Terms
- Haslet Poop Scoop LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
