We accomplish this by providing you with the ability to get a quote and sign up for service from your favorite electronic device through our website. You will find that pricing on our website includes yards up to a ¼ acre and service for up to 4 dogs.  If your situation falls outside of these parameters just give us a ring or send us an email so we can give you a custom price that fits your exact needs.

Additionally, when you sign up for our pet waste removal service you will have access to our client portal. Our client portal allows you to manage your contact info as well as details about your location, yard, dogs, schedule, billing and notification preferences. This is where you also add your payment info or request subscription changes.

After you are signed up for service you will get an email notification on when one of our team members will come service your yard. On the day of service, your pooper scooper will send you a notification that they are on the way. You can manage your notification preferences and can opt in or opt out of these notifications through the client portal at any time.

When your pet waste technician arrives, their tools and footwear will have already been disinfected from their previous job. The disinfectant we use is formulated specifically to veterinary medical requirements to kill many viruses to include canine parvovirus. We use this disinfectant in between every yard to ensure the safety of your pets.

Your pooper scooper will then review your information in their field technician app to ensure to check for details that you have annotated through the client portal. We do ask that all pets be put in an area outside of the area we are servicing to ensure they will not escape as we are entering and exiting the service area. However, we are aware that this cannot always be the case. In the event your dog cannot be put away, we ask that you identify in the client portal if it is okay to enter the yard with your dog present. You can do this by clicking “Dog Info” under “My Profile” then click “Edit” at the bottom right and update the section that says, “Is This Dog Safe.” This will alert our pet waste technician if it is okay to enter the yard with your pet present.

When our technician enters the service area, they will close the gate behind them and double check that the gate is secure to ensure the safety of your pets. When scooping your yard your pet waste removal technician will walk the servicing area in two different directions to ensure they get all your pet’s waste. When done scooping, your pooper scooper will bag the pet waste and take it with them. 

Upon exiting your yard your pet waste technician will double check to ensure your gate is secure and send you a picture of the secure gate along with a message telling you they are done servicing your yard. They will also let you know if they see anything out of the ordinary while they were servicing your residence.

Now that your service is complete, your pet waste removal technician will secure the pet waste in their service vehicle and disinfect their footwear and tools to ensure that the next customer and their pets are safe.
